Caro Volontario,   

Grazie per aver intrapreso insieme a noi questo percorso verso UEFA EURO 2020 a Roma! Finalmente, Venerdì 11 giugno 2021 si entrerà nel vivo con la partita inaugurale del Torneo. La tua missione (se prevista) e gli orari di appuntamento sono già disponibili sul calendario di attività della V.APP.  

In linea con le direttive fornite dalle Autorità competenti e della Struttura Organizzatrice locale, le modalità di accesso allo Stadio Olimpico per i Volontari saranno le stesse applicate al pubblico per le quattro partite (leggi l'articolo qui) 

In vista di quanto sopra, Tutti i Volontari in attività nei 4 giorni di partita dovranno essere in possesso di una delle seguenti certificazioni:   

• A - Certificazione di avvenuta vaccinazione contro il SARS-CoV-2, rilasciata da Autorità Sanitaria italiana. La validità è dal quindicesimo giorno successivo alla somministrazione della prima dose fino alla data prevista per il completamento del ciclo vaccinale (quando sono previste 2 dosi) e di 9 mesi dal giorno del completamento del ciclo vaccinale. 
• B - Certificazione di avvenuta guarigione, rilasciata da Autorità Sanitaria italiana. La validità del certificato è di 6 mesi dalla data di fine isolamento (guarigione).
• C - Certificazione di negatività ad un test antigenico molecolare o rapido per la ricerca del virus SARS-CoV-2 (redatta esclusivamente in lingua italiana o inglese) effettuato in data non antecedente le 48 ore dall’inizio della gara*. 

Non sarà consentito l'accesso in assenza di una delle suddette certificazioni o qualora le stesse risultassero incomplete o non conformi alle indicazioni fornite.

 

IMPORTANTE! Per i Volontari che ricadono nella categoria C (Certificazione di Negatività), sarà previsto un servizio gratuito di test antigenico molecolare o rapido per la ricerca del virus SARS-CoV-2 a nostra cura, senza spese aggiuntive. 

 

Il test per la Gara Inaugurale (11 giugno) sarà organizzato presso lo Stadio Olimpico nella giornata di Giovedì 10 giugno 2021, secondo modalità e fasce orarie suggerite che vi verranno prontamente comunicati via SMS, email e gruppo Facebook privato.   

Per esigenze speciali che saranno valutate caso per caso dal Team Volontari, sarà previsto una sessione di testing straordinaria la mattina del giorno partita. 

Per quanti volessero effettuare privatamente il test per la certificazione di negatività, non potremo rimborsare il costo sostenuto ma la certificazione sarà ritenuta valida se conforme ai dettagli al punto C.

• non antecedente alle ore 21.00 del giorno 9 giugno per la prima gara (Italia-Turchia).
• non antecedente alle ore 21.00 del 14 giugno per la seconda gara (Italia-Svizzera).
• non antecedente alle ore 18.00 del 18 giugno per la terza gara (Italia-Galles).
• non antecedente alle ore 21.00 del 1° luglio per la quarta gara (Quarto di Finale).

Dear Volunteer,

Thank you for being part of the UEFA EURO 2020 Volunteer Team in Roma!

On Friday 11 June 2021 the Opening match will finally take place. Your mission (if applicable) and the calendar are already available on the V.APP.  

In line with the instruction provided by the competent Authorities and the Local Organizing Structure, the guidelines to access the Stadio Olimpico for Volunteers will be the same as those applied to the general public for the 4 matches (read the article here).

Therefore, all Volunteers involved in the 4 match days must be in possession of one of the following certifications:

• A - Certification of SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination, issued by the Italian Health Authority. The validity is from the fifteenth day following the administration of the first dose until the date scheduled for the completion of the vaccination course (when 2 doses are planned) and 9 months from the day of the completion of the vaccination course.
• B - Certification of previous infaction, issued by the Italian Health Authority. The validity of the certificate is 6 months from the date of the end of the isolation period (recovery).
• C - Negative molecular or rapid antigen test for the search for the SARS-CoV-2 virus (written exclusively in Italian or English) carried out not earlier than 48 hours from the Kick-off time *(read for more info).

Access will not be allowed in the absence of one of the aforementioned certifications, or in case of incomplete and/or incorrect documentation provided.

 

IMPORTANT! For all Volunteers who fall into category C (Negative Test), a free SARS-CoV-2 virus molecular or rapid antigen test service will be provided by us, at no additional cost for Volunteer.

 

The test for the Opening Match (June 11) will be organized at the Stadio Olimpico on Thursday 10 June 2021. Guidelines and suggested time slots will be promptly communicated to Volunteers via SMS, email and private Facebook group.

For special needs that will be evaluated case by case by the Volunteer Team, an extraordinary session will be scheduled on the morning of the Match Day.

For those who wish to carry out the molecular or rapid test privately, we will not be able to reimburse the cost incurred but the certification will be considered valid if compliant with the requirement listed at point C.
